Time is running out. Bristol Airport’s expansion plans put Felton Commonn, our health, and future generations at risk — and we need to show, loudly and peacefully, that our community won’t accept it.

Mass demonstration — Friday 19 June, 6pm

Meet at St Katherine’s Church, BS40 9AB, at 6pm. From there we’ll gather on Felton Common and then walk to and along the A38 with placards and banners — a visible reminder to everyone passing that this Common matters, and the expansion must be stopped.

Why we’re taking action

Airport expansion means more flights and more harm: more pollution in our air, more climate damage, more congestion on our roads, and more loss of precious common land and green belt. Felton Common is not a sacrifice zone.

Bring your voice (and your banner)

  • Bring placards, banners, and anything that helps make our message impossible to ignore.

  • Active travel and public transport encouraged.

  • Parking available by St Katherine’s Church and Felton Village Hall.

If you’ve been meaning to do something — this is the moment. Turn up. Bring a friend. Stand up for Felton Common.

Please share this post widely and encourage others to join us on 19 June.
